Device not Compatible Fix

Since this mornings update, many user have experienced the 'Device not compatible' issue and been unable to access the game or any features herein. This issue is solely an Android issue with many LG or Samsung devices. Here's a quick guide for how you can fix it:

-Go to setting, general APPS, scroll right to ALL apps

-Download Manager - Clear Cashe then Clear Data

-Google Play Store - Clear Cache then Clear Data

-Google Play services  Clear Cashe, then hit Manage space and Clear ALL Data

-then go to home screen - play Store and search for and download/play Madden Mobile 16

This solution does reportedly not have a 100% success-rate but has worked for several people I've talked to. If this does not work, please be patient and EA will definitely work their hardest to patch this issue.
