Missing Odell Beckham Jr (OBJ) Set Master Collectible?

We here at Madden Mobile Maniacs have recently gotten a lot of request on how to retrieve a missing OBJ Set Master Collectible. Are you not familiar with the case, then here's a short recap:

-The Set Master Collectible is one of the main ingredients when making the Mobile Masters Set that gives you the 99 Odell Beckham Jr. If you happened to finish the Set Master Collectible during one of the several glitches that have happened during this season of Madden Mobile 16, then you might lose it forever. This happens because at some point, EA will do a roll-back, which means that everything from coins to cards will revert to a previous state before the glitch occurred. Unfortunately, the Set Master Collectible will also be rolled back, but the finishing of the achievement wont, making it impossible to get it. It can also occur that someone accidentally sells it.

Many users have unsuccessfully tried contacting EAs customer service, who politely decline every single time to retrieve the missing card, but instead offer a 10,000 coin gift. This has brought many players to absolute insanity, as the most sought for player in the game is no longer obtainable.
However, all hope is not lost! There are certain forum users that happen to work for EA, and are able to retrieve that card. It's all about knowing who to contact.
